About Shafer Consulting
Shafer Consulting is a Pittsburgh based IT Consultancy focused
on assisting small businesses and other organizations with their computer
and other information technology needs.
We work primarily with organizations from the small business with 5-10 workstations to companies having up to 50-75 workstations, multiple servers and complex local area or wide area networks.
Our focus is to provide high quality IT
Services to those that haven't the need or budget for a full time
IT staff and provide these primarily by service agreements. We are also available on an "on demand" basis to handle the unexpected emergencies that can arise.
We service primarily the Pittsburgh and surrounding
SW PA area but are comfortable serving clients within 75-100 miles
of Pittsburgh with distance traveled being commensurate with the specifics
and scope of the engagement.
We specialize in remote administration of computer systems and networks yielding the dual benefits of
significant cost savings, timely systems management and decreased response times to our customers.
